  Without any prior knowledge of Maximo or java applications I reinstalled, upgraded and tweaked Maximo (websphere and db2 options) multiple times resulting in an improvement of speed and stability. At the moment I'm working on reimplementing Maximo to the core and will remove all major and minor "glitches".At this moment any help coming from tutorials or experiences is appreciated to help my own process of learning.
