The initiative is done mostly by reducing points of process that do not add value while still maintaining good product standard.. The impact is more production capacity per day and cost saving from reduction of utility usage.2. Cost efficient packaging design to reduce 10% packaging cost / product capacity ratio. This is done by performing daily monitoring system with distributor team, and to deep dive into each root cause analysis to identify the main problem as well as generating problem solving strategy for quick win. The impact is increase of Net Organic Sales of P&G products by 5%.2. Sumatra Market On-Shelf Availability Increase from 92% to 97%. This is done by collaborating with sales team to identify the root causes and to develop problem solving, which is then implemented to the level of high business stores. The impact is increase of store Share of Shelf of P&G products by 8%.3. Sumatra Distributor Stock Availability Increase from 80% to 93%. This is done by improving stock replenishment process on distributor warehouse to be more agile and able to withstand several demand spikes, to ensure there is no Out of Stock of high business products. I position my students as working partner, so they feel more appreciated and trusting when they interact with me. I eat with them in the same room, doing gym activities with them in the same room, i let them come to my home to discuss things.2. Students activities are more defined and regulated. There are additional guidances, notices and announcements to regulate students activities, students organizations and students competitions. With clear regulation, the activities are now easier to implement, to monitor, and to evaluate.3. Collaboration with employees to oversee dormitory. A program which involve all employees of PEM Akamigas to stay the night in dormitory, in which they will check student's rooms, students activities and late night patrol.4. Final score being multiplied by attitude coefficient. Good deeds (asking questions, doing exercises in front of the class, etc) performed in class will get 0,01 coefficient, while bad deeds (coming late to class, noisy inside class, etc) will get -0,01 coefficient. Those will affect the overall final score. It encourages students to be more active in class as they aim to collect good deeds.2. Assignment based lecture. At the end of every meeting, there are always assignment to do, to ensure the understanding and mastery over the subjects. Most assignments are done by writing using pen on paper to make students memorize more about the subjects. 3. Presentation based learning. Of all my lectures, there will be always one or two meetings in which students need to perform a presentation. This is done to improve their communication skills as well as to improve their subject mastery.4. Down to earth method of lecturing. My lecturing style consists of method to capture attention of younger audiences by providing examples related to current events, and using simple languages that are easy to understand.It is always consistent that i awarded as top 3 lecturer in my department based on Lecturer Evaluation by Students. Those awards make me appreciate myself more and motivate me to do better and better in the future. Students are assigned to dormitory rooms based on diversity (grades, backgrounds, social cliques, etc) to improve grades of low grade students, to improve social skills, to improve compatibility among students.4. Close relationship to students, and student organizations.
