      • Placement as an interviewer conducting exit surveys at institutions such as Tate Modern and assisting with data processing and analysis. Through this experience, I developed my interpersonal skills while I had to approach and engage members of the public to ensure they answered survey questions accurately. I also developed my analytical skills as I had to input into the analysis of the effectiveness of sponsorship campaigns.

      • Internship placement at the Financial, Commercial, Press and Corporate departments of NUFC. I learnt how commercial activity with fans develops to increase Club revenue, how companies can use different sports marketing techniques to maximise profits and how sponsorship can be used to create a bond with the public, its importance in branding and beneficial impact on both the sponsor and rights holder. • Working with the Press team, I wrote sections of match-day programmes.• I gained invaluable experience on effective communication with diverse groups, ranging from fans of all ages and nationalities, which I guided on stadium tours to interviewing players in their native tongue (Hispanic, French, Italian) and journalists with whom I dealt at Press Conferences. My language skills were used to effect, in translating texts from English to both Spanish and French for their foreign brochures and catalogues. As well as working with the Marketing department, I spent time with Export Sales, Human Relations, Purchasing and Customer Services.       As Dugout Head of Social, I am expected to fulfil a number of different roles. One such responsibility is to co-ordinate and manage all stakeholder content into a linear content guide. To provide clarity into the businesses work flow I created an overarching monthly content plan that is fully visible for all relevant departments. Another key responsibility in my role is to engage the Dugout social community presence with partner clubs, this involves liaising directly with partner clubs’ digital teams. I’ve done this by ramping up the level of engagement with stakeholder clubs as well as strategically planning social opportunities that enable proactive and positive engagement on Dugout social platforms between stakeholders. VoyceNow x OneFootball• Reached out to Premier League footballer Zack Steffen about partnering with his non-profit, VoyceNow. Zack designed a five piece fashion collection with a leading designer with all money raised going to VoyceNow – over €20,000 was raised through this partnership and was great exposure PR wise for OneFootball.• Managed the launch event for this collection at Victoria Warehouse in Manchester, where over 400 people attended, including the whole Manchester City first team and other footballers from across the globe.
