  I am fortunate to work as a part of an awesome team of folks who work to protect the financial assets of our customers. As a part of our new structure, I will lead the Fraud Prevention team related to anything Fraud Prevention-1st Line of defense. I have the opportunity to develop, work and manage alerting as a part of the Fraud prevention and Check & Deposit Fraud program. I work with our business partners to identify and fill any gaps related to current fraud trends and develop new alerting, processes and procedures around fraud in today's landscape. Show less I work with a great group of people that help to detect and prevent fraud for our customers. It is a collaborative and rewarding effort! I specifically as a part of the Fraud Prevention Operations team. In addition to a small amount of vendor management, I work to help detect and prevent fraud for our customers. I work on specific initiatives across business lines to ensure proper processes and procedures are in place to protect our customers. In addition to working initiatives, I also do research related to prevention efforts and work to ensure that proper processes and procedures are in place to minimalize risk and loss to the bank. I work with an outstanding group of peers all the way up to our fearless leader! Talk about Teamwork....this group has it. Show less I lead the External Adjustments and Branch adjustments team within the check adjustments department. My team is reponsible for the research and correction of transactions when they are submitted out of balance from within the bank or when other external financial institutions make the error during posting. While ensuring growth and devlopment amongst the team, I demand excellence which will also ensure client satisfaction. I appreciate new challenges and I am faced with new challenges each day in an ever changing financial environment. Show less
