      In this role I assisted in the completion of two Low Income Housing Tax Credit applications in Georgia. I was able to expand my knowledge of project feasibility analysis, as well as focus on the details of the LIHTC application process.In addition, I studied recent research and policies on improving a neighborhoods housing stock. This survey of best practices focused on expanding the capacity of neighborhood based organizations.
