  My Responsibilities included but were not limited to: Coordinating the preventative maintenance of all production machines in Special-Pack Departments. Seeking out suppliers of machine specific parts for the purpose of cost efficiency and quality. Maintaining our Special-Pack Department's safety standards to meet or exceed State, National and/or OSHA guidelines in regard to personnel training, safety equipment, LOTO procedures...etc. My Responsibilities included the Purchasing of machine parts for all production machinery. My Responsibilities included the scheduling of Thermoforming runs as well as providing necessary information to CNC machine department to manufacture tooling for Thermo and Sealing departments. The maintenance of accurate inventory for raw film as well as finished Clams & Blisters. Research and purchase of new machinery in entire Special-Pack area. My responsibilities included setup & run of Sencorp 2500 and Sencorp 2000 cut in place. Scheduling production and scheduling personnel. Monitoring production. Inventory control. R & D.
