  Student Liaison Officer

  I led the development, implementation and monitoring of Cardiff’s Student Community Action Plan. I undertook tasks based on priorities whilst liaising with and facilitating partnership working between various stakeholders and service areas. I worked towards reducing the impact of high student concentrations on the community and ensure vital messages are disseminated to student community stakeholders and the student population. Bringing together the range of stakeholders was an integral part of my role. It is with this in mind that a website was set up; www.cardiffdigs.co.uk. Cardiff Digs is a central resource for students living and studying in Cardiff where they can access advice and information on housing, health and safety, waste and recycling and much more.
