This work has included negotiating contract terms, selecting subcontractors, negotiating subcontracts, completing submittal information for various types of materials, completing CPM schedules using Primavera and P6, scheduling projects with our forces as well as subcontractors and continuously monitoring project to achieve project deadlines and budgeted goals.Projects have included commercial, PennDOT, PA Turnpike, MDSHA and local municipalities. Dollar values have ranged from less than $100k to more than $10 million.Although most projects have consisted primarily of bituminous paving, I have actively managed various types of drainage, earthwork, traffic control, excavation and other miscellaneous portions of projects. Total roster includes almost 200 people with 11 paving and 5 utility crews.Required to maintain resource schedules, coordinate with other internal divisions, including materials, transportation and other construction divisions, maintaining certifications on employees and communication with owners.Responsible for contract negotiation with owners, change orders and project close out, including final quantity sign-off on DOT projects.
