      I undertook two roles in the Housing Commissioning Division. One role (Hove- substantive post) with Private Sector Housing and Housing Adaptations service. Project consisted of reviewing current practises using audits and consultations, Best Practise and benchmarking with other Local Authorities.       In March 2011 I was recruited to be the Regional Manger for the Southeast / East Midlands for a private healthcare company with a responsibility of obtaining and retaining contracts for learning disability services with responsibility for registration with the Care Quality Commission.I was due to start with the company on the 9th May 2011 but they rang me on the 6th May 2011 and made my post redundant prior to commencement effectively leaving me unemployed.
