  Business Consulting at Unit4 was, in my time, a unit of 15-20 consultants that was focused on value added services. As a Senior Business Consultant I made pre studies in order to enhance routines and system support for our customers. This included process overview on different workstreams (eg Sales to Cash, Record to Report), identifying and categorizing problems and suggesting enhancements. A main part of my work was facilitating workshops and giving seminars, which I enjoy doing. As a project manager I have been responsible for new implementation projects but also for pre studies. The projects have been from 6 months to a year long. Prestudies had a duration between 2-6 months. During the years I have also worked as test leader. .I participated in the evaluation and enhancement of the new corporate implementation methodology. When it was time to roll out in Sweden I had the role as implementation method coach for our consultants. I have also participated in developing new service offering and concepts for our unit. Tunjukkan kurang As a consultant my main tasks was facilitating workshops, set up solution, testing and educating for Unit4 ERP (Agresso). I usually had the role as implementation responsible, which included planning workshops, designing the solution setup according to the customer’s requirements. I have also been enrolled as the customer’s internal project manager and test leader. In our implementation projects I have been responsible for subprojects such as training and testing.I have been working with customization of the system and have a good knowledge of the database structure.   I work with all aspects of an IT project, ranging from pre-studies to design and implementation. Recently, I have worked with developing and implementing IT-administration models and methods for a non-profit organization. During two consecutive years I was assigned as project manager at a government agency. The projects I was responsible for were parts of a larger program which included cooperation with several other public organizations. The purpose of my projects were to digitalize processes across different organizations in order to improve exchange of information from companies to responsible authorities, but also to make the information public.Internally at Softronic I have also worked with a project to develop cooperative methods and way of working for business consultants.
