  - Led a cross-functional team that launched new features for the 2022 Thursday Night Football (TNF) season including live auto-play on Fire TV home screen which increased TNF streams by 27% (+636k viewers per game) and nearly doubled the click-through rate compared to control (5.8% to 10.7%).- Led the initiative to update the Prime Video app for the Fire TV Auto launch which included adding support for touch input, downloads, and offline mode. The new app variant was beta ready in under 4 months which supported the program timeline and exceeded initial requirements.- Worked with 11 different partner teams to standardize and document new device onboarding process and identified process improvements which reduced the process time by 4 weeks (50% improvement). Show less - Ran the beta program for the Fire TV Recast, a complex V1 product that spanned multiple different product lines with unique feature sets (Fire TV, Fire Tablet, Mobile app, and Echo Show). Worked with multiple partner teams to drive resolution of setup problems, implement new processes to automatically pull logs from multiple devices, and prioritize product improvements based on data gathered from beta feedback. The Fire TV Recast launched with and has maintained a rating > 4.0 stars on amazon.com which was the first Fire TV product to achieve this goal since 2016.- Took over the beta program for the Fire TV 4K, which launched simultaneously in the US, UK, DE, and JP. Monitored customer feedback after launch and worked with product teams to identify critical issues needed to improve customer ratings and test those fixes in beta prior to releasing to customers.- Facilitated Value Stream Mapping workshop for the Devices Beta Team to identify targeted process improvements which reduced the participant recruiting process from 49 to 14 days (71% improvement).
