  I was responsible for our rentals business, and essentially started from scratch with this. I created processes for both the flexi hire and long term hire machines. I also designed specific templates for quoting these options, and created sales literature such as the rentals brochure, as well as a rentals page on the website. I also re-vamped the Aftersales Support Brochure and had the website page updated. I attended Healthcare Estates show two years running which resulted in two machine sales, two flexi hires, and increased awareness of our product and contacts within the sector. I worked hard to develop the flexi hire side of the business, and saw a huge increase in revenue in 2018 by achieving more than double the budgeted revenue for the year. I also went out to visit some potential flexi hire customers where the UK sale had been lost, and gained business that way. I continued to successfully sell service contracts during this time, working with the service team to improve on time delivery and revenue growth. I successfully inducted a trainee business admin into the business and he has now become a valuable member of the team, working in Distribution, as well as for myself. Show less I was responsible for renewing Service Contracts on time and growing the business in this area – negotiating new service contracts on not just MasterMover but also non MasterMover machinery to increase the service revenue. I generated the PPM service lists for the engineers, and helped them manage their workload to prioritise customers to achieve SLAs. I attended Health and Safety Working Group Committee meetings, and fed back to the Service Department, and pushed my colleagues to ensure that we are compliant in all areas of health and safety. I attended site visits with customers to further grow the revenue, and gain feedback on our training and overall service. I co-ordinated the Service Administrators to ensure that work completed is invoiced in a timely manner, and that parts were shipped and quotations completed as necessary. I drove our export documentation compliance, and completed spot checks on our paperwork. I completed export parts documentation for parts going outside the EU and generated quotations for goods being shipped abroad. I completed parts quotations for customers and dealers – both bespoke and standard items. I also covered for the Service Manager when she was not there co-ordinating the engineers – covering their work, assisting sales if there was a problem with a new machine etc. I provided excellent customer service by taking inbound customer service calls and logging jobs for engineers, as well as making outbound calls to new customers to complete Customer Satisfaction Surveys and build good customer relationships.
