      Led the design process for programs and initiatives at World Vision International in Haiti. In 2015, led the socio-economic survey covering more than 46,000 households across intervention zones (in three departments: North, Northeast and Central Plateau), managed 200 enumerators, and oversaw the budget.“Employee of the Year” recognition in 2016 for high performance. Focal point for interventions across health, economic development, Title II projects – food security, emergency food security, early warning systems, education and water, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH).
