AIX error reports (Snap), system conformation and parsing X-Series/Lenovo DSA logs to check system’s available or failed resources through IBM Archive Explorer.· Analysis and fixation of backup Tape Library systems ranging from LTO3 to LTO7 tape drives, along with troubleshooting of Virtual Tape Libraries (VTL).· Providing Total Microcode Support (TMS) to guarantee steadiness and reliability of IBM Brocade SAN Switches, DS, Storwize and Flash Storage Controllers· Engaging the IBM higher level support while facing a critical stage in appropriate manner to resolve the problems at a fast pace to avoid or minimize any downtime.· Managing opened PMR/Salesforce (SF) cases with full responsibility and working on them till the issue is rectified, maintaining customer trust and L2/L3 support’s confidence.· Interacting with clients with superb interpersonal skills and handling every situation with full confidence to preserve the integrity of IBM.
