  My job as a technical service scientist was to provide technical support to the relevant opU to ensure the plan of record and other site objectives are met. I supported manufacturing processes throughout the product life cycle from development, technology transfer, validation and commercial manufacture. I also provided technical support for manufacturing investigations and process changes. I worked with my team in supporting the introductions of new raw materials during technology transfer.

  • Carried out various Protein characterization on Mabs using FTIR, DLS, Karl Fisher, and Light house oxygen head space. • Assisted in optimizing different Lyophilisation cycles for various Mab Products.• Assisted in Kv studies for different Vial sizes. • Performed monthly and daily verification of different Lab Equipment’s as listed above. • Performed Monthly and daily Safety walk through in the Lab and made sure the COSHH assessments were carried out before new chemicals are brought into the lab. • Updated Various SOP and WI as required.
