      I helped lead New Tech PBL High School in transition to Early College High School, moving from a dual enrollment based school to one of the focus North Ottawa Michigan Community College Early College High Schools. By increasing parent involvement to 98% from 89% the previous year, increasing the number of true PBL classes as guided by the high school principal and PBL coach, and transitioning the schedule to a true New Tech model. In the Alternative High School, I worked to increase partnerships with outside corporations such as Premiera Plastics, Gentex, and other large industrial-based businesses, co-taught with CEO's and built program that included a paid mentorship in industry. Brought in other opportunities every week including Tulip City Cosmetology, Manpower, and many others to offer students opportunities and educate on post high school employment and training to improve life. I was a varsity cheer coach, play director, 6-8 art and English teacher, School Imp., and ELA Core Team Member creating 8th grade English curriculum.
