  Intermediate design engineer

  - Design & Review for MIG and Spot welding fixtures for Automobile TEIR 1 OEM.- Interpreting GD&T to help prepare Datum scheme for the welding fixture.- Worked on products such as cross-car beam, floor pan, windshield crossmember, firewall and floor tunnel.- Spec electrical components such as proxy sensor, cables, reed switches, connectors, I/O and pneumatics components such as actuators(clamps, linear cylinders, locking cylinders), air lines and valve bank.- Follow Sodecia GTAC fixture standards and help implement it. Updating standards from lesson learnt on the fixture.- Design 3D & 2D prints for machining for weldments, sheet metal, and solid body.- Work closely with supplier to ensure fixture quality and requirements.- Organize design review with customer to explain design, process and datum points; take feedback and help implement it on the design.
