      •Achieved accreditation from the National Committee of Quality Assurance (NCQA) Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH) for regulatory compliance across a multispecialty ambulatory group for 2021- 2022.•Achieved Diabetes Recognition Program (DRP) accreditation from NCQA for a multispecialty ambulatory site for 2022-2025.•Oversee abstraction and analysis of ASCO Quality Oncology Practice Initiative (QOPI®) Certified Practices requirements for oral chemo consent to meet compliance standards for the Monter Cancer Center. Workflow changes have been implemented and education provided. Preliminary results demonstrate a 10% improvement in accurate documentation of informed/signed consent.•Led a Falls Taskforce across the entirety of the ambulatory division of Northwell Health. In order to maximize clinician utilization and increase patient access. • Developing a revised compensation model for clinician base due to unsustainable reimbursement rates of Medicare as a strategic plan to move from fee-for-service model to a value based model. • Reduced bottlenecks by 37% in process cycle time when admitting patients, which has decreased delays and increased satisfaction scores.• Applying forecasting measures/time studies, developed new provider templates to optimize utilization and increase patient access. Thus increasing patient volume by 10% and revenue base by 11% accounting to over $1,770,000.00.• Reduced eligibility/coordination of benefits denial rate from 2.62% to 1.58% from 2015- 2017 which is equivalent to a projected savings of $955,474.00 through the use of reporting, training, and creation of centralized insurance grid integrated across nineteen locations.
