In order to maximize clinician utilization and increase patient access. • Developing a revised compensation model for clinician base due to unsustainable reimbursement rates of Medicare as a strategic plan to move from fee-for-service model to a value based model. • Reduced bottlenecks by 37% in process cycle time when admitting patients, which has decreased delays and increased satisfaction scores.• Applying forecasting measures/time studies, developed new provider templates to optimize utilization and increase patient access. Thus increasing patient volume by 10% and revenue base by 11% accounting to over $1,770,000.00.• Reduced eligibility/coordination of benefits denial rate from 2.62% to 1.58% from 2015- 2017 which is equivalent to a projected savings of $955,474.00 through the use of reporting, training, and creation of centralized insurance grid integrated across nineteen locations.
