Leading a team of project leaders and product owners Leading a group of EUV production engineers for Sequence engineering, System qualification, Pellicle, Processes and Projects Lead a project of industralisation engineers. responsible of the introduction in the factory of the system qualification part of the system & setup sequence. Prepare the NXE:3100 EUV proto systems to be ready for production. Setup the build and test sequence. Coordinate engineer and program management tasks. 2nd line technical support for Wafer-stage and handler, Illumination, TIS, ILIAS ans Lens-setup. Wrote TIS ADT as internship for my bachelor degree Adjust, test and qualify the ASML systems in the cleanroom. Worked on the Wafer-stage and handler, Reticle Stage and Handler, Illumination system and Cymer laser, for both PAS5500 and Twinscan sytems.
