Served as the Adult Hockey League Program Director while continuing to work as the Manager. I grew the AHL program from an 18-team league to a 32-team league in record time. The program's revenue increased by tens of thousands of dollars. During the Winter Season (2010-11) the program saw a record increase of profit by over $110,000 for the 6-month program (well over 40% increase). By the Summer 2012 Season, I had increased the revenue by almost 50 percent. I was praised for increasing what was projected to be an annual profit of over $136,000 in six months (half the time).
