Responsible for the direction, administration, management, supervision, and marketing of the AHL program. Among the first task I undertook was to re-organize how team payments were made to the rink. I grew the AHL program from an 18-team league to a 32-team league in record time. The program's revenue increased by tens of thousands of dollars. During the Winter Season (2010-11) the program saw a record increase of profit by over $110,000 for the 6-month program (well over 40% increase). By the Summer 2012 Season, I had increased the revenue by almost 50 percent. I was praised for increasing what was projected to be an annual profit of over $136,000 in six months (half the time).
