  Ms. Thompson joined US Agri-Chemicals directly out of college. She was a process engineer for the sulfuric acid and phosphoric plants. She was responsible for configuring process control changes on the Diogenes process controller by Rosemount. As Quality Control Supervisor she created the plants first database for raw material, finished product and intermediates using dBase III. It implemented GUI for lab techs to input intermediate lab data, calculated results and provided search and retrieve capability.Environmental duties included participation in the environmental section of the Florida Phosphate Council, a group representing each of the Florida Phosphate Company's.
