  As the Director of Professional Services I consistently exceeded revenue and margin goals. In my last year our team attained 106% of a $28M revenue target with over 25% profit margin. My Team's main focus was the migration of IT infrastructures. These migrations usually included cloud-based on-prem, or hybrid solutions including Microsoft Azure and Office 365 as a target. Many disparate systems have been brought together for many Fortune 500 companies including assistance in the migration of applications. Show less As the Practice Manager I was responsible for the hiring, retention, and growth of the professional services technical staff. This staff focused mainly on Quest products that fell into the Microsoft Platform Management business unit, and included migration tools (Active Directory/Netware, email platforms, and desktop applications) as well as administration tools for Active Directory, as well as Priveleged Account Management. I was also responsible for building and maintaing partner relationships with contract resources. This included architects, consultants and program/project managers. I built the group to over 150 fulltime employees and contract resources. Fulltime employees were maintained at virtually 100% retnetion rate during this time. Show less As the ESM, I teamed with sales reps to build solutions for customers. This often included collaborating with presales engineers and the customer to determine the type(s) and amount of services required to make a customer successful in their migrations or implementations of Quest products. Once the services were scoped, Stement of Works or proposals were built, negotiated, and eventually executed. The ESM was also the main point of contact for customers from a services perspective before, during,mand after a services engagement, and was ultimately responsible for ensuring the customer was a raving fan.
