Once developed we transitioned the support of this to an offshore team.Following this I setup a Release Management team that was responsible for the planning and activation of the new platforms into the production environment, managing the function for over 9 months as we iteratively improved the platforms with monthly production releases, while supporting the customer migration off the existing legacy systems.
