Worked collaboratively with HR colleagues and operational managers in developing the highly successful psychological contract that supported staff motivation and retention during prolonged period of uncertainty before acquisition by Morrison's.

      Accountable for a budget of over £18m and a team of 62 people; this was a transformational role, responsible for building a high performing organisation and enabling culture change for a more aligned and integrated operation - delivering more with less and "making every journey matter." Through my great team we:• designed and delivered, as a first for TfL, a Leadership Development Programme for Directors; with improved leadership, collaboration and commercial focus - to deliver service improvements despite reduced funding. Due to the success of this programme it is now being implemented for the next level of management across TfL.• designed and delivered pilot of Managing Essentials programme for all people managers – now being rolled out pan-TfL.• developed Behaviours and Competencies pan-TfL - improved integration, performance management and selection and saved £100k in third party fees.• development of TfL’s own high performing team’s diagnostic tool; to embed restructuring benefits and saving TfL over £120k in consultancy fees.• designed and delivered unique Travel Ambassador training programme to 4,000 volunteers (magenta tabards) for the Olympics.
