Jun 2005 - Apr 2014Accountable for a budget of over £18m and a team of 62 people; this was a transformational role, responsible for building a high performing organisation and enabling culture change for a more aligned and integrated operation - delivering more with less and "making every journey matter." Through my great team we:• designed and delivered, as a first for TfL, a Leadership Development Programme for Directors; with improved leadership, collaboration and commercial focus - to deliver service improvements despite reduced funding.
