  Job Responsibilities:• To prepare monthly import material ordering as per OEM plan.• Prepares monthly purchase orders for fabric, consumable items, imported steel and chemicals.• Collects stocks and work in process for all above items from system updated ledger report andphysically from concerned area.• Making material studies of above items for IMC, HONDA, PSMCL and MMCL.• Material ordering approval from Internal Audit and finance dept.• Getting management approval for prices from on PI for process of L/C.• Timely process of L/C and remittance and follow ups for further proceedings.• Prepares purchase order and gets management approval for ordering to suppliers.• Establishes purchase requisition of prepared order in ERP.• Prepares purchase orders & releases in ERP.• Follow ups with end user for Proforma Invoice review and vendor queries.• Preparation of comparative statement, cost breakdown and formats.• Proceeding LC to supplier and forward to supplier.• Follow-up with procurement, Finance department and vendors for issuance of Purchase order,Establishment of letter of credit & shipment of material.• To attend daily Obeya meeting.• To prepare monthly KAIZEN.
