  In this role Daniel directs the organization’s efforts to increase and sustain an enhanced level of accountability in development programs for improved decision making, information management, and trust with individual and institutional donors. Key to his mission in this role is the maintenance of iDE’s Global Key Performance Indicator (KPI) system, by ensuring the timeliness of performance results and the implementation of enhancements to improve usability and insights for project teams and senior management. Key projects: - Developed an M&E plan and built a subsequent M&E System to track the registration of clients, distribution of credit and loans, and other project activities for a project reaching thousands of farmers and entrepreneurs within an iDE Nepal project. - Led the automation and streamlining of significant components of the iDE’s Global Key Performance Indicators (KPI) system. These enhancements allowed for impact calculations to be completed for programs without evidence of income increases solely at the household level, the automatic creation of targets, and the creation of standardized reporting templates to reduce errors and delays. - Completed the development of a loan distribution system built to allow for the tracking and management of Kiva loans across multiple iDE programs. The system enabled the growth of Kiva loans portfolio in Mozambique from $300k in 2020 to nearly $800k in 2022/2023.- Responsible for the management of the relationship and service delivery for iDE’s M&E teams within country programs, including Ghana, Cambodia, Nepal, Vietnam, and Honduras. - Created and Deployed an MIS System Development Guide to help teams visualize and execute on M&E data collection and reporting.
