  Responsible for finding resources for individuals and families who recently tested positive for SARS CoV-19 and were required to isolate. Finding resources meant communicating with community organizers in individuals' towns/regions to get the resources to the individuals. The resources involved money for rent and utilities, food, medications, transport to healthcare settings, housing for homeless people, and finding mental health providers if requested. I was preemptively researching resources available all over Massachusetts.I utilized translator services when requested. I was a source of contact and support for individuals who tested positive.
