      I started with Kwik Trip as a Retail Coworker and progressed to Shift Leader, Assistant Store Leader, and then finally Certified Assistant Store Leader. With the Certified Assistant Store Leader position, I was responsible for filling in for leaders who may be ill, on vacation, or just need an extra hand. I was a traveling manager who went throughout the district of about 15 stores to ensure leadership is present in every store. While at these stores, I had to be able to adapt to the differences between each of them operatively, as well as the coworkers.
