  Was in founding team of ICTC Communication which was a startup with initial fund of 3 million USD from the Parent organization ICTC group, in Nepal. I designed the FTTH network, hired people, and managed stake-holders relation including local authorities, suppliers and integrators.   DexPatent is the IP and Patent consulting arm of Dextrasys, with presence in India and US. I co-headed DexPatent from 2012 till 2017 and was leading it thereafter till 2019. My roles comprised strategy, operations, marketing, sales, client relation and overlooking every aspect of the company. The main focus was always being delighting customers who ranged from Fortune 500 technology companies in sectors of high tech, electronics, software, energy, automobile/mobility, engineering and life sciences from US, Europe and Asia. We provided end-to-end technology and patent consulting and support services that included landscapes, FTOs, Invalidity, Patentablity, Novelty analyses. We also provided Patent valuation, Technology watch, IP intelligence services and saved cost and time for our clients while they explored market opportunities and expanded. We also did patent prosecution. Our services extended for startups, lawfirms, universities as well as individual inventors. Under my watch, we developed a tool that was designed to automate the formation of patent draft for students whose affordability was low. It was also fun to have trademarked DexPatent mark in India.I relish my days at DexPatent which we grew from a small team to around 100 in a span of 6 years. Show less
