  I independently completed two projects during a summer internship.By identifying the source of failure and proposing seven ways to improve a U.S. Navy product, I demonstrated my thoroughness and attention to detail. This was achieved through conducting metallurgical testing at Engel Metallurgical Ltd., St. Cloud, MN. The detailed tests and analysis were presented in a comprehensive 100+ page report, showcasing the depth of my work.My research and the subsequent 100+ page reference book on rapid prototyping materials were not just academic exercises. They were aimed at providing practical solutions for re-engineering helicopter parts.
