Drove end-to-end design, build and delivery of adidas App experience, with project-inception to go-live in 45 days, exceeding projected KPIs (3.6x increased likelihood of purchase from users). Generated incremental eight-figure Net Sales through the agile creation of data-driven activation toolkits to capitalise on commercial calendar moments and consumer trends. Developed and presented business cases for eCom-focused workstreams such as key city elevation, rapid product creation and subscription models.
