  Within this role I worked as consultant in a broadly interested and very capable team. We took on projects of various sizes and subjects.I have a special interest in Agile:-since May 2013 I am an official APMG Agile Project Management trainer-I have developed a workshop SCRUM, among others held at ASR Manager of the internal service desk at ING Direct. Led the succesful and timely decommissioning of the local service desk activities and the transition to the central ING IT department. I furthermore led the decommissioning of the accompanying servers in both the production and disaster recovery locations. Smart Refresh has been introduced within ING to replace outdated hardware, based on requests by users. I managed a backlog in replacements. Replaced over 900 desktops within two months, based on 32 requests. Next to that 380 monitors based on two requests. Furthermore I reduced the stocks for this project, so to decrease holding costs for ING.Responsible for end user interaction, reporting and stock management. SPOC role to implement the installation of cash desks within the new ING retail formula. Operational responsibility of stock; reporting and order management.
