Redress tools and make sales calls. Lead sales out of the Casper store on a month to month basis and assisted in training new employees as well as spend evenings redressing tools to make sure everything was ready for the upcoming jobs.   • Supervise Rig operations, as they re-plug and reenter old 1920s wells, workover current producers and injectors and completing new wells, while establishing the CO2 flood in the Salt Creek Oilfield in Midwest, Wyoming. Supervised on average 5 rig operations including occasional rig less operations, squeeze jobs, acid jobs and fracs, as well as snubbing and coil tubing operations. Worked with engineering staff to achieve cost and production goals. Working with difficult wellbore scenarios to achieve adequate isolation and recompletion of damaged wells due to improper techniques from the past operators. Including tedious cleanouts and a lot of our own milling and fishing operations and instillation of several different packer scenarios. Proficient with Openwells and have also ran several cost tracking, production spreadsheets and wellbore diagrams through Excel and Word, among many more localized well reporting programs. I trained all new consultants on Openwells and other computer functions. I spent 2 years on the Anadarko Safety Committee where we reviewed and recommended new and old safety policies to accommodate the localize field and facilities. Show less
