The competition tested participants' ability to navigate disputes arising from the intersection of technology and contract law, requiring them to demonstrate strong mediation skills, legal reasoning, and effective negotiation strategies.

Feb 2024 The team further finished as the highest-ranked team in the preliminary rounds and second-best team in the semis, with 20 teams participating and only four breaking into the competition's semi-finals.This year's problem dealt with the pandemic and government-induced force majeure in the construction business, with arbitration initiation skipping the pre-arbitral steps, giving us an in-depth understanding of the practical aspects of Indian Contract and Arbitration law.
