I did several hand drawings, including several pieces for the 2003 Dream home installation this company participated in. I helped with ordering, in addition to custom work and helped design several custom pieces of furniture. I managed calls and made trips to the design center and did many home installations. You have only moments to make that connection and IMHO I have learned so,so much about people and personalities. You learn about teamwork, time management and multi-tasking. You hopefully believe in the products and place you are selling and if you are like me, you want to leave people with the amazing feeling you didn't steer them wrong and a great experience. You earned their trust, did it with ease and it was worth every bit of time and money spent.   Shiro Kashiba, Master Sushi Chef. James Beard 2-time Nominee. For those unfamiliar, Kashiba trained with Jiro Ono (of Jiro Dreams of Sushi) in Japan, then came to Seattle in 1966, and worked in the International District for several years (the now shuttered Tanaka Restaurant, the century-old Maneki) before running Nikko from 1972 to 1992, which he ultimately sold to the Westin Hotel. In 1994, Kashiba opened his namesake restaurant, Shiro's, in Belltown and just phased out of that restaurant completely last fall. Show less
