  The Database Operator is responsible for the data entry, the data analysis and quality assurance of data for Humanity and Inclusion (HI) Risk Education projects in Northern Syria in line with project requirements and confidentiality guidelines. S/he consolidates the Risk Education database and assures its quality and completeness, suggest improvements for data collectionEnsure comprehensive completion of the database by the field teamsFollowing up with field teams to collect any data that might be incomplete or inaccurate;• Compiling all data entry from the different Risk Education activity reports and ensuring the quality of the data entered;• Scanning the forms and share them according to the SoPs• Proposing improvements to the data collection forms, the databases and follow-up tools• Coordinating as necessary with the RE SPO and the IMO• Reviewing regularly data input to ensure consistency and quality• Acting as a support to staff on all matters relating to the database including data• Analysing & Participating in the field teams’ training about data collectionAnalyze data collected and report on activities as per Project guidelinesProviding relevant analysis of the collected data and producing information on project outcomes, as requested by the Project Manager;• Generating comprehensive quantitative data on activities using the different follow-up tools;• Participating in team meetings at both field and office level;• Providing support to the admin and log departments when needed.
