Assist with forward cattle contracting for four beef plants throughout the USA. Provided analysis and opportunities for improvement at the Souderton, PA beef plant through the use of procurement and production systems and reports. Became familiar with all aspects of plant production and support areas. Completed analysis of cost reduction opportunities in cattle procurement and production.
