  M-Sail was set up to provide sailing experiences for 18 to 35 year olds with multiple sclerosis (MS). We provide FREE sailing trips on board a classic yacht and a traditional Tall Ship to inspire people to lead an active and rewarding life through the early stages of the condition.Our unique voyages allows participants to learn new skills, boost confidence and skill development, build self-esteem,share stories, find friendship and enjoy time out - all in a fun and positive environment. We know it takes time to come to terms with an MS diagnosis and our aim is to show you that once you have adjusted to your new reality, you can still lead fulfilling lives with MS. We hope participants will gain plenty of experience from sailing with us, and not only leave with new friends and buckets of enthusiasm but have also learned how to take on a challenge and overcome hurdles, and hopefully leave with a passion for sailing!
