  As a Mental Health First Aid instructor, I take people through training programs that teach members of the public, business and organisations how to help a person developing a mental health problem (including a substance use problem), experiencing a worsening of an existing mental health problem or who are in a mental health crisis. The course introduces participants to risk factors and warning signs of mental health concerns, builds understanding of the impact of these and provides an overview of common treatments. Just like physical first aid, the aim is to act as a first line of response and to help the person experiencing the mental health issue to gain whatever further support they need. Show less Infinite Balance Holisitic Kinesiology facilitates a client in their journey to heal imbalances in the body & mind, bringing knowledge, balance & belief.Stress creates an imbalance within us, this 'stress' may be physical, mental or emotional. Holisitc Kinesiology is a complementary therapy discipline that utilises the clients innate knowledge to help address the stress and bring about balance.Through the use of a broad range of complementary medicine practices, both Western and Eastern philosophies, the energy blockages created by the stress and imbalance are restored. This allows the body to return to its natural state of balance. Stacey works holistically with her clients, covering many aspects with them as identified during a session, with each session unique to that client. Holistic kinesiology is a broad based therapy and can be used to help address many and varied client issues. Stacey has a special interest in relation to psychology and emotional issues and how these can impact all aspects of an individual – physically, structurally, emotionally and energetically.
