      or as I like to call this period ‘renaissance’. This was period of waking up creativity, finding peace and love in this job, gaining some new, wonderful and creative knowledge about Marketing Communication. And quite some, number oriented, budgeting. Operationally I have supported internal team and agency in delivering ATL communication touch points (TV and print ads, OOH and WEB communication) in quarterly prioritized campaigns. But, that pride and happiness after briefing, joyfulness after excellent creative solution from agency and production of it within, my projection, of budget, well, that was something.or as I like to call this period ‘renaissance’. Show less In this short period of preparation for ATL Communication team, I was learning some basics about financing, important procurement procedures, listening and learning on how to handle agency and stakeholders, making new important contact and allies for efficient work. First contact with Marketing communication came through preparation of POS (leaflets, brochures and window graphic) material, learning how to recognize brand standards, key message and formats. My first Excel named ‘Project XX’ was made in this period and it had status report and timeline prepared for Manager. My first brief to agency was made in this period, with help of my peers from Marketing Segments to define relevant key message for product. All of this came very smoothly after some practice and I was ready to take ‘bigger bite’. Show less
