  Lead over 20 engineers, designers and technologists within DuPont's Electronics & Imaging business who support application engineering, product development and manufacturing improvement initiatives for one of the world's largest electronic materials suppliers.* Support three business groups with combined revenue in excess of 3.8 billion dollars including advanced testing of materials and devices; material characterization; engineering simulation in the fields of computational material mechanics, electromagnetics, fluid dynamics and heat transfer; and electromechanical system design and development, including rapid prototyping of mechanical and electronic devices.* Identified and acquired competencies, personnel and facilities required to support the newly formed business following the DuPont-Dow merger and built the team from the ground up.
