  Senior Project Manager / Delivery Manager in a wide variety of business for different clients. (Private, European Institution and Luxembourgish State)I am responsible for the implementation of the projects execution for CGI clients. The contexts of the projects (technologies(MS, J2E, Sharepoint, Hosting), constraints, man days and plannings) are always different for each client. My strong commitment for all projects and clients is reflected in concrete practices.- Contract Management, between CGI and the clients but also with partners. This takes into account the expectations, the constraints and acceptance criteria.- Delivery Management (Team, Scope, progress, follow up, tools, maintenance and development of the solutions, planning and expectations).- Communication management. Status reports and committee (agenda and minutes), including action/open points follow up, ensure appropriate actions have been taken by stakeholders in time.- Risk Management to prevent any situation that may negatively impact the project evolution. (risk detection, analysis, planning, resolution and monitoring). - Quality Management. Based on CGI-Client Best Practices/Framework (as ITIL or other), follow up of the quality criteria and compliance of the deliverables for ensuring the success of the solution delivered.- Financial followup.- IT process definition in the project life cycle, to support delivery and facilitate communication. During this period, I was also mandated as Quality Manager or Project Manager Officer.As CGI Manager, I develop and maintain strong relationship with clients. I participate in calls for tender for different sectors as Banking, European Institution and Luxembourgish State.
