Managed annual capital programs (400 - 600 MM$, 10-15 rigs) to assess, HBP and develop Woodford Shale and Granite Wash Fields. Led business development for the onshore business unit with a focus on acquisitions and joint-ventures. Signed a 3-yr, 100 MM$ South Texas drilling joint venture iwth XOM (deep Frio). WFE is based in Houston with assets and operations in the Eastern Eagle Ford.• Faulconer Energy (FE): independent advisor. FE is based in Tyler with a concentration of assets and operations in East Texas.Past BOD roles:• Chisholm Energy Holdings, LLC (2020 - 2022): Served as an independent director, chairman of the Audit Committee and a member of the Reserves Committee until the sale to Earthstone Energy. CEH was based in Fort Worth with assets and operations in the Northern Delaware Basin.• Hawkwood Energy (2020 - 2021): Served as CEO and an executive BOD member until the merger with WildFire Energy. Hawkwood was based in Denver and operated assets in the Eastern Eagle Ford.• Jones Energy II (2019 - 2020): Elected as an independent director and Chairman of the BOD following emergence from bankruptcy in May 2019. Successfully worked with management, key shareholders and Evercore to explore strategic alternatives. Process culminated in a merger with Revolution Resources in 2020.• Iron Horse Midstream (2018 - 2019): Served as a founding board member of Iron Horse Midstream. The Iron Horse System serves producers in the STACK/SCOOP/Merge shale play in the Eastern Anadarko Basin.• Travis Peak Resources (2013 - 2019): Founder, CEO, and executive board member of Travis Peak Resources from November 2013 until its combination with Paloma Partners LLC in February 2019. Hawkwood was founded in 2012.Managed the company through the collapse in the market caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. Swiftly reduced G&A, lowered operating expenses, paid down debt while maintaining the integrity and safety of the operations.Engaged advisors late in 2020 and conducted a robust process resulting in a successful transaction: repayment of all Hawkwood bank debt and ongoing equity upside exposure for the Hawkwood investors through the merger with WildFire Energy in August 2021.
