Rapid re-planning of tasks when high risk events occurred to ensure compliance of site with environmental and safety standards.Functional management and 1st point of contact for issues within the team and for laboratory equipment issues from the production QC laboratories.Developed and implemented training plan to upskill the team members in all of the teams work areas to ensure that skill gaps are closed to enable efficient holiday covering and long term succession planning. Overhauled work planning for increased efficiency, team ownership of tasks and reduced top down management. Show less Working on project BEAM as the quality representative for the site project team leading the development and implementation of Thermofisher Sample Manager (LIMs) within the production areas. During this time I drove the development and testing of Sample Manager to meet the requirements of the business to allow the migration from the use of SAP-QM to LIMs for all quality testing within the packaging and cider production departments. This involved working with the technical supplier team, and our internal stakeholders to ensure a successful implementation. Show less
