Responsibilities included: • Leadership of a team of resourcing professionals through a period of change. Providing guidance and support to a team of relatively inexperienced Client services managers, with a focus on improving performance management processes and team engagement• Working closely with the Vodafone Head of resourcing to define a resourcing plan that was fit for purpose to deliver against a change in strategic direction. Ensuring we met demands for both increased volume and a more high touch, client focused approach to delivery• Managing the complex relationship between, Resourcing, HR, the Vodafone line manager community and the procurement team, recognising the needs of each stakeholder group within Vodafone was distinctly different and often in conflict with one another.
