      Ungdom og Fritid (UogF) is a national organization that provides teen clubs around the country with operational help, deals and offers. We were hired to help UogF creating a campaign strategy, making existing members of UogF and teen clubs, upload club related content to a new homepage showing the history of teen clubs in Norway, although only for a short period of time. We also made a week by week plan on social media with different angles of content, so it would be easy to extract relevant information and how to execute it, based on what UogF wanted to communicate.During the project we also held a workshop with a select group of teens - showing them how we work and think in our creative processes. After the workshop we worked together to extract insights and used these to strengthen UogFs communication on social media. Show less

      The national broadcaster NRK recently launched its newest addition to their broadcasting production - the Sosial Media crew, to further communicate with the participants and target groups of NRKsommer, Sommeråpent and Reiseradioen. They were all connected through the boat MS Sjøkurs for 7 weeks, and through the homepage: nrk.no/nrksommer.I worked the night shift as a community manager, and trained NRK employees to work as a team through our available channels; Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and live-chat. Our goal for the summer was amazingly enough, 100.000 pictures on Instagram marked with the # NRKsommer. The night before the final broadcast - when the boat arrived in Oslo, we actually succeeded. The experience showed how statistics and daily measurements really can help and affect your impact on social media, and how to communicate efficiently with your target group. Show less

The film was to be shown at four different places; at business fairs (soundless), on social media, as a kick off on presentations and on their homepage. So this film should tell it all, yet be inspiring and appealing to the next generation job seekers.The film was made in collaboration with cinematographer Magnus Dorati, and Kristina Dahlberg - Senior Consultant Employer Branding at DNV.
