The final year I was working as a receptionist, although earlier I carried out primarily clinical work in eSmile.Customer service included appointment booking, invoicing, phone, email etc. I was also in charge of eSmile’s social medias and content creation. Besides the work tasks at the reception, I made a variation of orders and handled all kinds of different smaller tasks. The job required excellent organizing skills, the ability to manage well under pressure and impeccable customer service skills, even in the hardest situations.I have gotten excellent feedback of my performance and therefore I have received more responsibilities over the years.
