      • Ensure successful transition of IPT work streams into operations, and smooth running of the entire Voice Network infrastructure • Develop and publish technology roadmaps and timescales for voice devices• Development of Operational Readiness Test (ORT) plans for various IPT projects and implementation of test plans by other members of the team• Ensure as a Provider of Service, Monitoring, configuring and troubleshooting the voice network Infrastructure, to keep outages within the required SLA to retail, operations and other customers, and to strengthen operational relationships with key stake holders.• Support and troubleshoot IP Video Conference system.• Development and maintenance of IPT operations manual for IPT team• Develop and implement IPT technical and management service reporting for proactive management of the Voice Network• Work with Service Management/Performance team to deliver customer reporting, and also to report against IPT services showing it meets SLA for operationally accepted IPT services• Resolve faults escalated by Level 2 Engineers, produce reports to management of incidents identifying root cause and steps to mitigate same or similar fault in the future• Liaison with Cisco Advanced Services on new technology proposals, deployment, and integration and fault logging with Cisco TAC.
