      Worked on a project studying the arrangement of ferromagnetic liquid crystal colloids for biomedical and technological applications. Developed a microscope to record phase transitions of crystalline lattices. Designed parts using CAD software to create integrated magnetic shielding and controllable heat gradients to create a sharp interface between phases of matter. Collected, processed, and analyzed data relating to liquid crystal dynamics.
