      What projects am I working on right now?• Requirement Management, Detailed Design, Manufacturing and Testing of a Heavy Attack Class Helicopter Fuel System Components• Requirement Management, Detailed Design, Manufacturing and Testing of a Civil Transport Class Helicopter Fuel System ComponentsWhat I have been doing on this project?From beginning to end; concept design creation and selection, detailed design for standards, regulations and requirements, prototyping and manufacturing, weight and stress optimization, technical documentation and presentation, design and document reviewing, qualification, environmental tests and verifying, communication with customer.Key professional skills;• Leading and mentoring other designers, stress engineers• Reviewing team deliverables with high quality standards• Communication with customer• Team management and customer management• Establishing requirements for system and/or sub-level design• Participating in design reviews and present information as required• Experienced in manufacturing techniques, design for manufacturing• Designing to meet exacting customer requirements whilst complying with industry standards, regulations & qualification requirements• Making technical presentations to customers as required• Interfacing with other engineering functions, programme management, manufacturing• Liaise with external suppliers, customers, regulatory bodies and other industrial organizations• Defining, and verifying component and subsystem level requirements based on customer, product system and interfacing partner requirements.• Good knowledge of MIL-STD-810H, DO-160G• Good knowledge of MIL-A-8625F, MIL-DTL-5541F• Robust knowledge of 3D Modelling;
